Todd joined Walmart in October of 1990 as an Assistant Manager. He has served as Co-Manager; Store Manager; District Manager; Operations Coordinator; Regional Manager; and Regional Vice President at Walmart where he led all Walmart stores in the Northeast.

Todd joined Sam’s Club in January 2003 as Vice President of Business Member Services where he had responsibility for samsclub.com, Road Shows, Truckload Sales, Exports and the Call Center. In 2005, Todd moved to Replenishment and in 2006 was promoted to Senior Vice President of Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Pricing, Planning and Execution.

 In 2008 Todd was promoted to Senior Vice President; Chief Integration Officer, facilitating collaborative transition planning while designing processes to better align Operations, Merchandising, Membership and Marketing. Todd’s most recent promotion was to Executive Vice President of Operations in August 2010.

Todd is currently a Board Member for the National Organization on Disability where he is a member of the Executive Committee and a Board Member for the Northwest Arkansas Community College. 

Todd also served in the United States Navy for three years on active duty.  Following active duty, Todd served three years in the Army National Guard.
