Feta cheese and marinated artichoke hearts give this easy salad Mediterranean style.
- 2 Heads Romaine “Hearts” Lettuce
- 3 Tbsp. Feta Cheese (crumbled)
- 1 cont Grape Tomatoes
- 4 each Cara Mia® Marinated Artichokes
- 1 Red onions (cut into rings)
- 1 cup(s) Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cup(s) Bertolli® Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Spice Islands® Salt
- 1 tsp. Spice Islands® Pepper
- Chop lettuce into bite sized pieces.
- In a Bowl mix together salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.
- Toss in lettuce tomatoes, artichokes, onions, and cheese.
- Mix well and serve.
