In just minutes you can quickly saute a tender, beautiful side dish with great flavor and texture.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-in. pieces
- 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Cooking Directions
- In a large skillet, saute asparagus and mushrooms in butter and oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.
