Barbecue Pork on Buns
Pulled pork sandwiches have never been easier. Let pork loin marinate in cola and barbecue sauce in the slow cooker for most of the day, and you’ll have a simple, sweet and savory sandwich filler by dinnertime.
- 2 lb. boneless pork loin
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup(s) cola carbonated beverage
- 3/4 cup(s) barbecue sauce
- 8 sandwich buns
- Combine all ingredients except buns in a 4-quart slow cooker; cook, covered, on high for 5 to 6 hours, until very tender.
- Drain and slice or shred pork; serve on buns with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.
