- 1 can Del Monte® Cut Green Beans (14.5 ounce), drained
- 1/4 cup(s) crumbled blue cheese or gorgonzola cheese
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 cup(s) red and yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup(s) chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup(s) green onions, sliced
- Optional: romaine lettuce, salt, pepper
- Mash cheese with oil and vinegar in bowl.
- Toss with beans, tomatoes, walnuts and onions.
- Serve on bed of romaine lettuce, if desired. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
