Blueberry Breakfast Sauce
Delight in the flavor of fresh, light blueberries in the morning. Paired with your favorite pancakes, waffles or French toast, breakfast will be as beautiful as it is delicious.
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 cup(s) water
- 2 cup(s) fresh or frozen blueberries
- In a 2-quart saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; gradually stir in water.
- Add blueberries; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm or cold over French toast, pancakes or waffles.
