Buffalo Chicken Macaroni and Cheese
Servings: 5 servings, 1 cup each
Your favorite side dish is the foundation of this hearty entrée filled with healthy lean chicken and just a kick of spice.
- 1 pkg. (7.25 oz) Kraft® Macaroni & Cheese
- 1 1/2 cup(s) cooked chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Prepare Macaroni & Cheese in large saucepan as directed on package.
- Toss chicken with pepper sauce. Stir into Macaroni & Cheese; spoon into 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Top with onions.
