Frank’s Buffalo Wings Sauce Variation: Substitute 5 cups Frank’s REDHOT Wing Sauce for the REDHOT-butter mixture below.
- 3 cup(s) Frank’s REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 2 cup(s) butter, melted
- Chicken Wings, 1st and 2nd sections
- Combine Frank’s REDHOT Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce and butter is a large bowl; keep warm
- For each serving, deep-fry 12 wings to an internal temperature of 170 F; toss in 6 tablespoons sauce. Serve with blue cheese dip and celery sticks if desired.
