Chicken Salad with Pecans and Grapes
For a quick lunch, whip up this classic chicken salad, featuring savory tarragon, sweet grapes and toasted pecan halves for a little bit of crunch.

Substitute diced delicious or Granny Smith apples if red grapes are not available.
- 1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
- tsp. ground white pepper
- 1 can Member’s Mark® canned chicken breast (13ounce), drained
- 1/2 cup(s) pe halves, toasted
- 1 cup(s) red grapes, cut in ½ crosswise or lengthwise
In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, tarragon, salt and pepper. Stir in Member’s Mark Chicken Breast. Gently stir in pecans and grape halves. Serve over lettuce, if desired.
