Chobani® Gorgonzola Crostini
This sweet, creamy topping for a bruschetta-style dish is the perfect accompaniment to soups and salads, or a simple, light appetizer for guests.
- 1/2 cup(s) Chobani® Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup(s) crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 12 thin baguette slices, toasted
- 2 Tbsp. chopped dried cranberries
- 3 dried apricots, thinly sliced
- Coarse ground salt
- In a food processor blend Chobani and Gorgonzola until smooth.
- Spread on toasted baguette slices and finish with dried fruit and a sprinkle of salt.
