Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 cup(s) sliced celery
  • 3/4 cup(s) Italian dressing
  • Grilled chicken or beef, optional

Cooking Directions

  1. Toss beans and celery with dressing and onion.
  2. Chill several hours or overnight.
  3. Before serving, toss lightly; season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired. For a heartier salad, add 1 cup of grilled chicken or beef.
