Serve with a glass of fat-free milk and an apple.
Substitute 2 cups thawed frozen cauliflower florets, frozen peas or shredded sweet potatoes for the carrots and zucchini. Or, use your favorite vegetables, shredded or finely chopped.
- 1 pkg. Kraft® Macaroni & Cheese Dinner (7.25 ounce)
- 1 cup(s) each shredded carrots and zucchini
- 1/2 cup(s) Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- Prepare dinner as directed on package, using the Light Prep directions and adding vegetables to boiling water for the last 3 min. of Macaroni cooking time.
- Stir in mozzarella.
