Corn, Tomato and Basil Salad
This delicious corn dish makes the perfect summer side. You and your guests will love its fresh from the garden taste.
- 1 can (15.25 oz.) Del Monte® Whole Kernel Corn
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. Tone’s® Basil Leaf
- 1/4 tsp. Tone’s® Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup(s) tomatoes, diced
- Drain corn. Place corn, butter, basil and salt into a microwavable bowl; cover.
- Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes or until corn is hot. Stir in tomato.
