Simple to make and perfect for sandwich rolls, baked puff pastry shells or serving atop mixed greens, this crab salad is a year-round winner.
Ingredients
- 2 lb. lump crab meat, cooked
- 2 1/2 cup(s) celery, chopped
- 1/3 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- paprika, to taste
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Cooking Directions
- Combine crab meat, celery, mayonnaise, celery seed, paprika, sugar, salt, pepper, parsley and lemon juice in a large bowl.
- Mix well and refrigerate until chilled.
