For a tangy twist on an appetizer classic, bake SeaPakTM Shrimp & Seafood Co. Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp and serve with a lemon-infused, garlic dip.
Ingredients
- 2 boxes (40oz.) SeaPak® Shrimp & Seafood Co.™ Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. McCormick® Pure Lemon Extract
- 1 tsp. Lawry’s® Garlic Salt
Cooking Directions
- Cook butterfly shrimp according to package directions. While shrimp are cooking, combine remaining ingredients to make garlic dip. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- To serve, spoon a tablespoon of dip on an appetizer plate and top with a skewered shrimp. Garnish with thinly sliced lemon wedges and chopped chives.
