Double Chocolate Brownie Cookie

To make a decorative drizzle, microwave 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips in a small bowl on high for 45 to 60 seconds or until melted stir until smooth. Pour into resealable food-storage plastic bag seal bag. Cup small hole in bottom corner of bag and squeeze bag gently to drizzle over cooled cookies.
- 1 pouch Betty Crocker® Hershey®’s Ultimate Chocolate brownie mix
- cup(s) vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 eggs
- Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Line cookie sheets with cooking parchment paper, or lightly grease with shortening or cooking spray.
- Stir brownie mix, oil, water and eggs in large bowl until well blended. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
- Bake 12-14 minutes or just until edges are set. Cookies will be soft in center—do not over-bake. Transfer from cookie sheets to cooling racks and cool for 2 minutes before serving.
