French Bread Bowl with Spinach Artichoke Dip

Another great way to use this “bread bowl” is to fill it with tuna or chicken salad, top with grated cheese and broil just to melt the cheese. Serve wedges of this tuna melt with a green salad.
- 1 pkg. Artisan Fresh™ Spinach Artichoke Dip (or your favorite)
- 1 Artisan Fresh™ Baguette
- Cut baguette in half lengthwise. Scoop out the soft bread in the center and freeze for later, to make stuffing or breadcrumbs.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brush the outside of the baguette with butter and bake on a cookie sheet for 5 to 7 minutes until crisp. Let cool and fill with spinach artichoke dip or your favorite dip or spread.
