Grilled Chicken & Vegetable Kabobs

- Shake on this delicious blend of garlic and herbs to liven up the flavor of grilled chicken, pork or seafood.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup(s) olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. white or white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. McCormick® Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 .50” cubes.
- 4 cup(s) assorted vegetable pieces, such as bell pepper, onion, corn, zucchini and mushrooms
Cooking Directions
- Mix oil, vinegar and Montreal Chicken Seasoning in small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish.
- Add marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
- Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
- Alternately thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers. Lightly sprinkle chicken and vegetables with additional Chicken Seasoning, if desired.
- Grill kabobs over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender, turning frequently.
