Grilled Pistachio Salmon
Fresh salmon fillets, delicious pistachios and brown sugar come together to create seafood perfection on the grill.
- 6 salmon fillets (6 oz. each)
- 1 cup(s) pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dill weed, optional
- 1 tsp. pepper
- Combine the pistachios, sugar, lemon juice, dill and pepper; spoon evenly over salmon fillets.
- Grill, covered, over high heat 5 to 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
