Hummus Chicken Salad Sandwich and Veggie Straws
An afternoon favorite gets a healthy makeover: Try chicken salad with Sabra® Tuscan Hummus instead of mayonnaise.
- 4 Arnold® 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
- 1 can Members Mark® Canned Chicken Breast, drained
- 1 cup(s) Sabra® Tuscan Hummus
- 4 Tbsp. celery, diced
- 4 Tbsp. water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine the first five ingredients and stir well.
- Spoon chicken salad onto sandwich thins
- Serve with Veggie Straws.
