Ingredients

  • 4 cup(s) broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. pine nuts

Cooking Directions

  1. Place broccoli and 2 tablespoons water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a plate or plastic wrap. Microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes, or until broccoli is cooked through but not mushy.
  2. Sprinkle lemon zest and salt over broccoli. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss gently.
  3. Sprinkle with pine nuts before serving.
