  • Replace the banana with 1/2 cup blueberries, strawberries, mango slices or raspberries, if desired.
  • Frozen fruit may also be used but it can make the shake watery.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) soymilk
  • 1/2 cup(s) vanilla yogurt
  • 2 scoops vanilla soy protein powder
  • 4 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse to blend. Pour mixture into two 12-ounce glasses.
