Ingredients

  • 1 peach (medium), cubed
  • 2 scoops fat-free vanilla-flavored frozen yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. crushed walnuts
  • 1 cup(s) crushed ice

Cooking Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender container and blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into a large glass and garnish if desired.
