- 1 medium, ripe Banana
- 3/4 cup(s) DOLE® Frozen Strawberries or Raspberries, partially thawed
- 1/2 cup(s) vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup(s) milk
- 1 Tbsp. soy protein or whey powder
- 2 tsp. honey
- Combine banana, strawberries, yogurt, milk, soy and honey in blender or food processor. Cover; blend until thick and smooth.
