Eggnog is a tradition around Christmastime, but if you just can’t wait to have a mugful, here’s an easy way to add a seasonal twist to this drink.
Ingredients
- 1 can Libby’s® 1 Pure Pumpkin (15 ounce)
- 1 can Nestlé® Carnation® Evaporated Milk (12 fl.ounce)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 2 Tbsp. rum (optional)
- ground nutmeg
Cooking Directions
- Place pumpkin, evaporated milk, honey and cinnamon in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cream and rum. Blend again until smooth.
- Serve immediately, sprinkling with nutmeg if desired.
