Brussels sprouts pack so much natural flavor, they just need a hint of seasoning to really bring out their great taste. Use this simple recipe to just pop them in the oven while you make your main course.
Ingredients
- 2 lb. Brussels sprouts
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. ground pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Cut Brussels sprouts in half.
- Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
- Place Brussels sprouts on foiled baking sheet.
- Roast for 25 minutes.
