Salmon with Honey-Pecan Sauce
A sweet and crunchy pecan glaze gives this fresh salmon entree a delicate flavor, making it an elegant entree for special occasions.
- 4 salmon fillets (4 oz. each)
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup(s) finely chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/4 cup(s) honey
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- Place salmon skin side down on a broiler pan; sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 7 to 9 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, cook the pecans, honey and butter over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with salmon.
