Spaghetti with Kalamata Olives and Pine Nuts
Whipping up a great-tasting side dish doesn’t get much simpler than this. The most time consuming step is cooking the pasta, so this is a wonderful dish to serve in a hurry. And because it tastes just as good cold, you can also make it in advance and save time to spend with your family.

For more tomato flavor, stir in 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, cut into strips.
- 1/2 cup(s) kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) pine nuts
- 2 Tbsp. pesto
- 1/4 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lb. Daily Chef™ Spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
- 1 cup(s) grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cup(s) spinach
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve warm or cold.
