Summer Grilled Peach & Bratwurst Kabobs
Ingredients
- 5 links Johnsonville Original Bratwurst
- 3 ripe peaches, still firm
- 1 large red onion, cut into 1" chunks
- 2 large green bell peppers, seeded and cut into 2" chunks
- 1/2 cup(s) peach nectar
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. garlic clove, minced
Cooking Directions
- Heat outdoor grill in indoor grill pan to medium high heat. Soak 6 wooden skewers in water until ready to use.
- Cut each bratwurst into 5 pieces and set aside. Core peaches and cut each into 6 thick slices. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl add peach nectar, vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable oil and minced garlic. Whisk to combine. Stir in bratwurst, peaches, bell pepper and onions. Toss to coat.
- Thread the bratwurst, peaches, bell pepper and onions alternately onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until sausage is cooked through, turning and basting frequently.
- Serve immediately.
