Sweet and Spicy Grilled Chicken

- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (6 oz. each)
- Combine the first five ingredients; rub over chicken. Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack.
- Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from the heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 170°F.
