This recipe promises to keep basic whole kernel corn more interesting and satisfying with this simple recipe for everyone’s favorite side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 can (15.25 oz.) Del Monte® Whole Kernel Corn, drained
- 1 cup(s) milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter, cubed
Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Whisk eggs in large bowl. Stir in sugar and flour. Add corn, milk, salt and pepper; mix well. Spoon into prepared baking dish; sprinkle with butter.
- Bake, uncovered, 55 to 60 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
