Sink your teeth into layer after layer of the crisp, juicy crunch of fresh veggies paired with tangy hummus on a soft ciabatta roll. 

Ingredients

  • 4 whole-wheat ciabatta rolls

Cooking Directions

  1. Split rolls in half. Spread 3 tablespoons hummus onto the bottom of each roll. Top each with equal amounts of red pepper. Layer with 2 tablespoons carrots, 6 cucumber slices and 1 lettuce leaf.
  2. Cut sandwiches in half to serve.
