Racquel is senior vice president of member strategy and marketing for Sam’s Club. She joined Sam’s Club in 2012 as the vice president of marketing, following 15 years at Kraft Foods. As a member of Sam’s Club Leadership Council, Racquel oversees member insights and engagement, personalization strategies and overall marketing communications.
At Kraft Foods, Racquel held a number of marketing positions around the world, including director of marketing for grocery and cheese in Canada, global marketing director for the Tassimo New Business Venture, vice president of marketing services for Kraft Europe and vice president of marketing for the U.S. Pizza Business Unit. As vice president of marketing, Racquel stewarded the flagship $2 billion Kraft-branded cheese franchise with responsibility for marketing, strategy and P&L business performance.
Racquel has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University and a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
