- Reinaldo Alfonso (Philadelphia, PA)– Known for crafting flavorful dishes at the acclaimed Stephen Starr restaurant Alma de Cuba, executive chef Reinaldo Alfonso brings a creative twist to the Cuban-inspired menu.
