“We are excited to be serving the needs of the Rocky Mount community with a new Sam’s Club,” said Daniel Gonzalez, club manager. “We understand the sentimental history of our new location and are proud to bring our business to an area that means so much to the residents. We believe existing members in the region, as well as shoppers unfamiliar with warehouse clubs, will enjoy and find value in our selection of fresh foods, brand name electronics, jewelry and exciting treasure hunt items. In addition, we expect to be better able to serve the number of small businesses in Rocky Mount and the surrounding areas as a convenient partner to help cut costs and achieve further success.”

• A gas station will be on-site and opening in mid-March
• LED (light-emitting diode) lights in the freezer/coolers and jewelry section enhance merchandise display and require only a fraction of the electricity used by standard lamps and reduce maintenance. Additional skylights to maximize the use of natural daylight.
• Outside, a new Sam’s Club logo graces the entry as part of an effort to refresh and update branding.
