Sam's Club Once-in-a-Lifetime Packages Sell in Less than 24 Hours
Two Exclusive Packages Sell in Less than 60 Seconds

Bentonville, Ark., November 14, 2007 – Thanksgiving is still two weeks away … but four people have already got a big head start on their holiday shopping, with the help of the Sam’s Club Once-in-a-Lifetime packages! This year, Sam’s Club, the membership warehouse club, offered four unique Once-in-a-Lifetime gift packages, and less than 24 hours after being made available online, all packages have sold.

The four packages included a 2007 Hybrid Technologies Lithium-powered Smart Car, coupled with a behind-the-scenes VIP trip for four to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center for a shuttle launch; an exclusive, all-access trip to the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games from Coca-Cola® a Worldwide Partner of the International Olympic Committee; the ultimate NASCAR Sprint Cup Series RaceTM experience; and a visit with venerable Southern cook Paula Deen, in Savannah, Ga.

The Coca-Cola Olympic Games experience and Smart Car packages sold in less than 60 seconds, for $75,000, and $35,000, respectively! Additionally, the NASCAR experience and Paula Deen packages sold in less than 24 hours. These packages sold for $24,800 and $3,800, respectively.
